Imaginesim WSSS Singapore V2.1

This is a small update based on customer feedback with small refinements to the PBR textures, a fix that stops a random building crash on approach to 02L/20R, new technical advice in the manual, puts back missing autogen to the Northwest, and re-positioning of some dynamic lighting to make the place even more atmospheric at night. Customers can update through their imaginesim Operations Center.
