HIGHLIGHTS
The A380 has always been an intriguing aircraft for aviation enthusiasts. A few years ago, Just Planes released their first A380 video featuring the operations of Air France and it was a very popular video that provided an intimate view of what it takes to fly this aircraft. This time around, we will be getting a closer look at the operations of the A380 with Etihad Airways. Etihad Airways is a newcomer to the Just Planes line up and one that is most welcome given their global popularity.
Featuring a round trip flight from Abu Dhabi to Paris, this program starts off with our pilots preparing the around for departure from Abu Dhabi. During this segment, the viewers will have the opportunity to see how the FMS is setup and they will also have the benefit of a brief cockpit overview. After discussing the takeoff briefing, we begin our taxi to the runway where the size of this aircraft becomes ever more apparent with the aid of cameras being used to safely stay on the centerline. Despite its size however, as the A380 accelerates down the runway under the command of the First Officer, its performance was certainly quite impressive.
Once airborne and enroute to Paris, there were many noteworthy highlights that may be of interest to the viewers. For example, while cruising at FL340, a clear view of another A380 can be seen from the cockpit window just 4000 ft. Due to the high volume of traffic in the area, our flight was restricted to FL340 with FL360 and FL380 being occupied. While this may seem fairly routine, this situation posed a challenge due to adverse weather in the area. However, after deviating from nearby thunderstorms and being clear of most other traffic, our flight was finally able to climb to a final cruising altitude of FL400.
From this point onward, with a slightly reduced workload, our pilots took the opportunity to sharetheir history with the company. For example, the Captain discusses how she become the first female Captain at Etihad and our First Officer also shares her career history and her thoughts on the A380 vs the A320. These presentations were quite informativeand they may be an inspiration to anyone interested in becoming a pilot and anyone who is avidly interested in the A380.
For our return flight to Abu Dhabi, the final highlight of this video places its focus on the airline and their commitment to provide an unparalleled level of service to their customers. To showcase the unique amenities of the A380, both the Butler and Cabin Manager take the viewers on a tour of the residence and first class areasof the aircraft. These areas nicely showcases the unique product provided by Etihad which offers the very best in comfort and convenience to their customers. Other tours include a closer look at the business class area and galleys where we meet the top notch cabin crew members who fully explain their roles to the viewers.Ultimately, after viewing these presentations, one can’t help but to admire the dedication, professionalism and innovation displayed by Etihad and their hard working flight crews. As a private pilot and an aviation enthusiast, this program surely instills a desire to someday work for such an amazing airline. Additionally, the insights provided on the A380 were a most welcome reminder of why this aircraft is in a league of its own and why the men and women who fly this aircraft have all fallen in love with it. With this being the first Just Planes presentation to feature Etihad, one can only hope that it will not be the last. With Etihad also operating flights with other fleet types such as the A320, A330, A350, B777 and the B787, I am eagerly look forward to seeing more videos from this airline in the future and I am sure you will also after viewing this program.

HIGHLIGHTS
The Embraer E190 has always been a favorite of mine and I was quite pleased to see yet another video presentation from Just Planes featuring this aircraft. Covering the operations of Jetairfly to Palm, Berlin and Antwerp, this video is packed with enlightening and exciting moments. Our first flight to Palma starts off with our pilots preparing the flight deck for departure. During this time, viewers will be quite pleased to see how the FMS and other systems of the aircraft are setup for departure. During the flight, the captain takes the opportunity to discuss the operations of the airline and the benefits of the E190 which perfectly fits their operations as a leisure carrier.
After landing at Palma, the crew prepares the aircraft once more for departure to Antwerp. What makes Antwerp a unique destination is the fact that the runway is approximately 4900ft. With such a short runway, landings at this destination is reserved for Captains only. Once airborne and at cruising altitude, the Captain takes the viewers around the cockpit for a thorough presentation on the various systems of the aircraft. For anyone who is an avid fan of the E190, this segment will be quite a treat and very enlightening. The landing at Antwerp was quite an event to behold as the captain steadily brought the aircraft down to the runway with very little margin for error.
Before heading over to Berlin, the first officer allows the viewers to follow along as she conducts an exterior walkaround of the aircraft. Such a procedure is extremely important and apart from admiring the beauty of this aircraft, it ensures that the aircraft is safe to fly and free of any defects. The round trip from Antwerp to Berlin was quite enjoyable with many opportunities to observe the pilots carrying out their duties and to admire the scenic views from the cockpit. Ultimately, if you enjoy aviation as much as I do, you will find this video to be very enjoyable and informative. While this is not the first time that Jetairfly has been featured, I certainly hope that we see more of this airline and their amazing pilots in the future.

Ant's Airplanes Tiger Moth Pro
Ant's Airplanes has released the Tiger Moth Pro aircraft for FSX, FSX:Steam Edition and Prepar3D.
The Tiger Moth first flew in 1931 and quickly became a commercially successful aircraft (8,868 produced) and was the primary military trainer for many Commonwealth nations leading up to and during World War II. After the war many of those Tiger Moths went into private ownership and became a popular training aircraft at flight clubs. Even today there are still around 650 airworthy Tiger Moths and it is arguably the most famous biplane ever built.
The Tiger Moth was the first ever plane produced by Ant's Airplanes. In 2019 this aircraft has been revisited with a completely new high definition version called the Tiger Moth Pro. The Tiger Moth Pro is also compatible with PBR textures (requires P3D v4.4 or above).

New Toposim UltraMesh
Expanding Toposim's selection of the ultra-high-resolution UltraMesh product line, UltraMesh Arkansas and UltraMesh Tennessee are now available at the Toposim Distribution Center . Featuring an incredible 2.3m horizontal resolution compiled from 1m LIDAR bare earth source data, this is truly the most detailed and accurate rendition of the States of Arkansas and Tennessee elevation models ever produced for the FSX trunk and all its branches.
One caveat of ultra-high 2m resolution terrain is a shorter visual range than some of the lower, more prevalent LODs, such as the Toposim Continents Collection, making this terrain mesh more conductive to low-altitude barnstorming and bush flying, ultralights, and ground operations such as avatar hiking or off-road four-wheeling. Try it with a Jeep or Humvee--great fun!
UltraMesh Arkansas and UltraMesh Tennessee are compatible with FSX, FSX-SE, all versions of P3D, and FSW. As well, it works great with Orbx Global Vector, Ultimate Terrain USA, as well as all photoreal ground texture products,
Along with our recently released UltraMesh Alaska v3, UltraMesh Arkansas and UltraMesh Kentucky are a most worthy additions to Toposim's newest line of ultra-detailed and accurate "Ultra" terrain mesh for the FSX/P3D/FSW family of simulators.

KENYA AIRWAYS B777 JUST PLANES
HIGHLIGHTS
Featuring the operations of Kenya Airways from Nairobi to Amsterdam, this program beginsonboard the aircraft with the Captain briefing the cabin crew prior to boarding. During this briefing, he discusses the details of the flight and the level of service the passengers should expect. I absolutely loved the team spirit that was encouraged by the captain and this segment alone nicely showcases the work culture of this airline.Following this introduction, the First Officer takes the viewers on an exterior walkaround of the aircraft to ensure that the aircraft is in perfect shape for the flight ahead.Once this is completed, we join the First Officer in the cockpit as he does his preflight preparation. During this presentation, it was quite evident that the in-house training at Kenya Airways produces pilots who are not only highly professional, but are also confidently knowledgeable about the aircraft they fly.
Once airborne, another presentation that stood out featured the Captain and First Officer sharing some additional details on the 777-200/300s operated by Kenya Airways which covered the differences between the 777-200 and -300 series. Next, the Captain tells the amazing story of how he became the Director of Flight Operationsafter coming from a very humble beginning without having the means to pay for flying lessons. This presentation was quite touching because in many ways it describes my own journey to eventually become a commercial pilot someday and I am sure many of your viewers who are eager to fly may feel the same way. For those of you interested in becoming a pilot at Kenya Airways, this presentation also discusses the initiatives taken by Kenya Airways to provide in-house training for new pilots with have no flying experience and quite frankly it is a model that all airlines should follow.
After landing at Amsterdam, we join a new flight crew onboard the 777-300 as they prepare the aircraft for the return flight to Nairobi. The highlights of the return flight to Nairobi consisted of more presentations by the Captain as he discusses his career and his love for flying the B777.Also, there were many scenic moments during the approach to Nairobi as the aircraft gracefully made its approach during the dawn. After reminiscing on previous programs that featured the B777, the sentiments expressed about this aircraft all seem to indicate that the B777 is a fan favorite among many pilots. This being the case, I am confident that after looking at this video, you too will find a renewed interest in this majestic aircraft and in Kenya Airways. In summary, this program will surely be a favorite for fans of the B777 and I am confident that all aviation enthusiast will enjoy the insight, personal stories and professional manner of the staff of Kenya Airways.

HIGHLIGHTS
After viewing this 3:30 hour long video, one can’t help but to have a better appreciation for the hard working pilots who cross the Atlantic each day. For example, as the pilots review their dispatch documents, conduct an exterior inspection and prepare the flight deck for our flight to New York, their thoroughness in carrying out their duties shows that Royal Air Marocstrives to maintain a high standard in aviation safety by ensuring that their pilots are the best of the best.
After departing Morocco and settling into the cruise segment of our flight to JFK, some of the highlights that stood out were presentations on the function of the CPDLC and the Electronic Flight Bag. These presentations were quite thorough and it provided a sneak peak in to the many advanced features of the 787. Additionally, the presentation by the Captain on her career and being one of the first of two women to be accepted as a pilot with the airline was quite inspirational. Additionally, the First Officer also shares how she got into aviation and I think that anyone interested in aviation or interested in joining this airline will find these interviews very enlightening.
After enjoying a scenic approach and landing at JFK, this video quickly transitions to the preparation for our return to Morocco. As the pilots prepared for departure it was quite interesting to see the flight initialization process and all of the other procedures to be followed prior to pushback. Once completed, we join the long line-up of aircraft waiting to depart JFK from runway 13R. After departing into a broken cloud covered sky, we settle into the cruise where there were a few more presentations of interest to the viewers. For example, the Captain takes the opportunity to provide a few details on ETOPS and the benefits of operating the 787. Additionally, prior to our landing back at Morocco, the final segment of this video features the cabin service onboard the 787 which is sure to entice future customers to this airline. In the end, I think that this presentation on the operations of Royal Air Maroc and their fleet of 787s was informative, scenic and inspirational. The professionalism of the entire crew was quite outstanding and I think everyone will find this video presentation a pleasure to look at for a long time to come. If you are a fan of the 787 and you are interested in becoming a pilot, this video is definitely for you!
